Relaxation comes in many forms and we'll talk about the ones that can inspire you, revive and rejuvenate you and allow you to integrate all of the wonderful mind, body, soul experiences you are enjoying as you make Vibrant Living a top priority in your life.  


We will teach you the practice of Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep a wonderful and simple practice in which 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra to the body and mind feels like a lovely rejuvenating 3 hours sleep.
