Breath = Best Friend

Here, in time you will find easy to use guidelines to a half dozen breathing practices also known Control of Breath or Pranayama.

These breathing practices are your keys to getting into the flow, of letting go, of directing energy of shifting and growing.  Your body is an amazing apparatus that functions intuitively when at optimal performance and if you give these practices an honest effort, can be as simple as 2-5 mins breath sessions that over time allow you to quite instantly tap into the energy that is within you and all around you.  You might feel like we're moving into the 'WOO WOO' and hey that might be true but what if, just what if we were on to something at the Vibrant Living Institute.
